What It Is

ARBI Exchange runs five offices in Phuket: two in Karon and one each in Chalong or Rawai, Kata (SC Plaza) and Bang Tao, all open from 10:00 to 22:00. That makes it the densest network on the west and south coasts among the exchangers here.

On the input side it is rouble-only in practice: SBP transfers and cards from Sber, T-Bank, Alfa-Bank, VTB and Mir. USDT is not listed on its website, so crypto holders need one of the three services ranked above it.

How It Works

You agree the sum with a manager and choose the payout: at one of the five offices, by courier, at an ATM through a QR code, or by transfer to a Thai bank account. The entry point is 1,000 THB — the lowest in this ranking, and the reason the service works for a top-up rather than a full holiday budget.

Courier delivery is the detail to check: it is free from 30,000 THB, so for small sums an office visit or an ATM withdrawal is the sensible route.

How It Compares

Against 2Change, ARBI is the better option for anyone exchanging a small amount: 1,000 THB against 8,000 THB. It loses the USDT input and the country-wide simplicity of an ATM-only process. Against Money Shop Phuket, which has seven offices and also takes rouble cash, ARBI covers Karon more densely but stops short of the airport area.

Against Senate Exchange and ExFM the gap is the crypto input: both take USDT, ARBI does not. For a rouble exchange near Karon or Kata, with the option of walking into an office the same day, ARBI is the most convenient entry in the ranking.
